I’m Darren and I work with people and their bodies in Manchester & London, UK.

I’ve been a practitioner for coming on 12 years. Phew.

My work is tactile and immersive; a fusion of intimate holding and creative adaptations of more traditional styles of bodywork such as thai massage. My practice is concerned practice is concerned with the quality of touch, graded force, movement and rhythm.
Beyond the physical style, I’m interested in connection. How do we settle ourselves and help others settle into receiving touch in a beautiful way?

I understand firsthand the transformative power of bodywork - how the right touch can bring relief, restore balance and help us lead lives that are more embodied, free and open.

While my practice is inclusive, I’ve been particularly honoured to provide care for men and queer people, many of whom struggle to find massage and touch that meets them with the right understanding and skill.

I try to work collaboratively with you to find the right touch for you - ensuring you leave my treatment room with lasting and meaningful impact.

I also teach my work and also hold the occasional workshop for the gays to connect.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me running, enjoying good eats, art, live music, science fiction, and the occasional bit of revelry with my loved ones.

My main practice space is at my beautiful home studio in Manchester (M20). I also practice in London (EC2M) a few times a month.
